Sizzle — Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sizzle application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sizzle is a single-player “would you rather” card game available on iOS. You swipe through question cards across four categories—Fun, Deep, Friends, and Hot. Two categories are available for free; the remaining two require a premium subscription. Question content is updated regularly. The Service may be updated, expanded, or limited at any time without prior notice.
3. No Account Required
Sizzle does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app. All gameplay is anonymous, and any answers or preferences are stored locally on your device.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to access the Service through unauthorized means, circumventing premium content restrictions, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Blacksands and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Sizzle offers a free tier with access to limited question categories. A premium subscription unlocks all categories and is available as a weekly plan ($4.99/week with a 3-day free trial) or a yearly plan ($29.99/year). Subscriptions are managed and processed entirely through the Apple App Store. All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Settings under Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacksands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms within the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
